Cost of delivery  

We offer FREE delivery on prepaid orders across India. A nominal shipping fees of INR 79 will be applicable for cash on delivery orders.  

Delivery Timelines  

We usually dispatch all orders within 1-2 business day. Although there might be a slight delay in case of public holidays.  

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details on mail.  

Your order will then be delivered to you within 2-7 business days, depending on your location.  

International Shipping  

Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery and only deliver within India. For orders outside of India, please visit 

Address Change 

You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.  

Non-availability on Delivery 

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.  

Cancellation before shipment  

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team or call us on +91 8267030020. (10am – 6pm | Monday – Saturday).  

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.  

Cancellation post shipment  

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on or call us on +91 8267030020. (9am – 6pm). 

  • In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.  

  • Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money after the deduction of the forward and return shipping charges within 24-48 business hours. We have to mention here about wear and tear charges, shipping charges, return expenses, etc.  

How do I return an item purchased on the website?  

MakeUp Eraser belongs to the personal care category, hence cannot be returned / replaced once opened.  

Please note: Returns will not be accepted for change of mind.  

What if I used discount vouchers during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?  

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.   

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?  

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement.  

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ( within 2 business days of receiving the order.  

  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace your order. Kindly email an image of the product and a video of package unboxing as evidence. Please note: damage claims will only be reviewed with video evidence.  

  • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
